Your Privacy, Protected by Lotus365

Lotus365 is committed to handling your personal data with care, transparency, and full compliance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). This page explains what information the platform collects, how it is used, and what rights you hold as a registered user.

For a full overview of the terms governing your use of the platform, refer to the Terms and Conditions.

Information We Collect

Lotus365 collects personal data through two primary means: information you provide directly, and information gathered automatically during your use of the platform.

Information you provide directly includes:

  • Registration details such as your name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, and preferred username
  • Identity documents — including PAN card, Aadhaar card, or passport — required for account verification and withdrawals above specified limits
  • Payment details including UPI IDs, bank account numbers, and digital wallet information
  • Communications submitted through customer support channels, including chat logs and correspondence

Information collected automatically includes:

  • Device and technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and mobile network details
  • Usage data including pages visited, time spent on the platform, and account activity patterns
  • Approximate geographic location, derived from your IP address, used to ensure compliance with applicable regional regulations
  • Cookie data, which is described in further detail below

How Your Information Is Used

Personal data collected by the platform is used to deliver, maintain, and improve the services available through your Lotus365 ID. Specifically, your information is used to:

  • Verify your identity and manage your account securely
  • Process deposits and withdrawals to your nominated payment method
  • Detect and prevent fraudulent activity, money laundering, and underage access
  • Send notifications relating to account activity, promotions, and platform updates
  • Fulfil legal obligations under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the DPDP Act, 2023
  • Analyse platform usage to improve the overall user experience

Personal data is not sold or rented to third parties. Information may be shared with payment gateway providers, KYC verification partners, cloud hosting services, and analytics tools operating under data processing agreements — and disclosed to regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by Indian law.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Lotus365 uses cookies to support platform functionality and analyse how users interact with the site. The cookies in use fall into four categories:

  • Essential cookies — required for login, deposits, and core betting functions to operate correctly
  • Preference cookies — used to remember language settings and interface preferences across sessions
  • Analytics cookies — used to understand how users navigate the platform and identify areas for improvement
  • Marketing cookies — used to present relevant promotional content; these can be disabled through your browser settings

Disabling essential cookies may affect your ability to access certain platform features. Preference and analytics cookies do not collect personally identifiable information and are used in aggregate form only.

Payment and Identity Verification Data

Payment information and identity documents are handled under strict security protocols and retained only for as long as required by law.

Transaction histories are retained for eight years in accordance with the Income Tax Act, 1961. KYC documents — including copies of PAN card, Aadhaar, or passport — are retained for five years following account closure. Active account data is maintained for as long as the account remains in use. Accounts with no activity for three years may be archived or deleted following prior notification.

Identity verification is completed before withdrawal access is granted, ensuring that funds are disbursed only to verified account holders.

Account Security

Lotus365 applies several security measures to protect user data and account integrity:

  • 256-bit SSL encryption is applied to all data transmitted between your device and the platform
  • PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways are used for all deposit and withdrawal processing
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to add an additional layer of protection to your login
  • Biometric authentication — including fingerprint and facial recognition — is supported for eligible devices
  • Quarterly penetration testing is conducted to identify and address potential vulnerabilities
  • Access controls restrict internal data access to authorised personnel only
  • Encrypted daily backups are maintained to support data recovery in the event of a system failure

Your Rights Under the DPDP Act, 2023

As a user of the platform, you hold the following rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023:

  • Right to Access — you may request a copy of the personal data held in connection with your account
  • Right to Correction — you may update or correct inaccurate information in your profile
  • Right to Deletion — you may request the deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention obligations
  • Right to Data Portability — you may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format

  • Right to Grievance Redressal — you may submit a complaint to the platform’s Data Protection Officer

To exercise any of these rights, contact the support team through the Contact Us page. All requests are acknowledged within seven business days, in line with DPDP Act requirements.
